Peter Proszanski earned his LLB and MBA concurrently while attending the University of Windsor. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987 and has since amassed an impressive resume of accomplishments. He has served on the board of directors of several organizations including the Good Shepherd Ministries, which offered pro bono legal assistance to several charitable organizations in the Toronto area.
Mr. Proszanski was the in-house legal counsel for the Coca Cola Corporation for four years where he was involved in acquisitions, licensing, management issues and property leasing issues. He has used his vast experience to assist in commercial property transactions, loan applications, sales agreements and real estate development issues such as title insurance fraud.
Mr. Proszanski's work in the community has earned him seats on the boards of many publicly traded companies where his experience and advice have been invaluable.
